Standard delivery times range from 30 to 60 minutes, though actual delivery times may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

We will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided, but if we cannot reach you or complete the delivery within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled without refund.
We offer contactless delivery options for customer safety and convenience. By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to the specified location.
The safety of our customers and delivery drivers is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location that our drivers deem unsafe. This includes but is not limited to locations with aggressive animals, hazardous conditions, or threatening behavior.
